They raised Dakota to be a little prince, however, he rejected the role immediately. When he was four years old, the daughter his parents were hoping for came into their lives. Perfect little Imogen. Dakota was taken with her from the start and always loved and cared for her, especially when their parents started to lose interest in their new toy. He was a delinquent even as a child, causing his parents to home school him as he came of age. When he was twelve, he awoke in the middle of the night to find his sister and mother completely gone. As if they had never existed in the first place. His mother, the more tolerable of parents, and his sister, the angel of his life, were gone. Dakota threw a fit for a week, being locked into his room and only allowed out to eat. He was almost positive his father had murdered them, or something perhaps even more sinister. Dakota soon found that, additionally, he was never allowed out of the house again. Though he had a vast mansion to explore, there was where he was to spend his days until he was finished training to take over his father's business. Of course, that was never going to happen for Dakota. As he aged he discovered something very wrong with him, and a suicide attempt resulted in a manic bipolar diagnosis, and then a lifetime of pills. It wasn't long before Dakota was supplied with a computer in an attempt to calm his self-destructive behavior. It was through that, and pesterchum, that he found Imogen. Now, he's found a game the both of them can play together with their mutual friends. A game that sounds promising to reunite them at last. | [attr="class","kangaroo"]HOME [attr="class","kangaroos2"]Dakota lives in a large and impressive manor, with white marble walls and floors, and anything he could ever want. The problem is that he's hopelessly trapped inside, and has nearly killed himself attempting to flee. His guardian, his father, is both omnipotent and non-existent, and the fear of his father haunts him constantly. The manor resides in France, and Dakota has made it a talent to know many languages to communicate with as many people as possible in the outside world. He currently knows French, English, German, and Chinese. [attr="class","kangaroo"]SIDE QUEST [attr="class","kangaroos2"]LOFAP is a dangerous and magical place, a land covered in lava and fire spouts. The consorts, fire salamanders, are enslaved by Shiva to gather and produce energy through fire sources. The work is incredibly dangerous, but resistance is futile. It is Dakota's job to face Shiva and destroy him or, alternatively, compromise and receive a gift greater than comprehension. |
