nurturing: once liam has warmed up to somebody he is a natural caretaker and strives to comfort and protect his friends, this can turn him either into a gentle friend or a furious protector.
patient: having spent the majority of his life tending to plants and growing up around stubborn animals he has developed an almost unreal level of patience, making him an excellent complement to many of his more stubborn or aggressive friends who need time to collect themselves.

[attr="class","kangaroos2"]liam doesn't remember a whole lot about his early childhood, but he does know that from as far back as he can remember he was bounced back and forth in the foster care system of ohio. when he was young he was gentle and playful but having spent a large portion of his formative years in neglectful or outright abusive households turned him rather cold. by the time he was thirteen any homes that might have been good for him when he was younger couldn't see past the tough exterior that liam hid behind.

eventually he was taken in by an old farmer, he had lost his wife a long time ago and his son, daughter in law and grandchildren had died in a plane crash two years before he had chosen to take liam in. for the first three days the old farmer said nothing to liam as he explored the farm. it was only after liam initiated conversation with the old farmer that the two began to bond. Six years later he refers to the old man as 'pops' and is the closest thing to family liam has ever experienced. most of his time is spent gardening and tending to crops, but in an attempt to give liam friends his own age Pops had a connection to the internet installed. now he's shown interest in a new game his friends introduced him to

[attr="class","kangaroos2"]liam and his pops are both quiet and private people, they do not talk much but they are very close and spend most of their days working together on the farm. The two of them live in a farm in the middle of 'nowhere, ohio'. the farm consists of a field where they grow all their crops, a barn which holds the animals, a field for the animals to roam and feed in, and the house itself.

[attr="class","kangaroos2"]liam's land consists of nothing but towering mountain tops inhabited by rams with slate grey fur. the mountains are covered by the roots of a massive tree that dominates the landscape with other smaller trees scattered about the planet. the massive tree which the denizens of the land call 'yggdrasil' is destroying their homes and their food supplies. it is said only the prince of life can enter the tree and face the creature that dwells within. once it is defeated the tree will wither and die, allowing the rams to reclaim their homes and live in peace. little do they know that the tree and the being within are one and the same.
