strike one! (morgan, entry thread)

Daisy twiddled the two DISKS of 'the game of the year' between her fingers, trying to pretend to be patient. Ever since it was revealed she had been a fangirl, stalking every website or blog that had any content of Sburb on it. That was just the thing though, it was such a well kept secret that she was forced to have her imagination run wild. She was positive this game would change her life, even though her grandma called her 'crazy' for having such notions. It was finally a game she could play with eleven friends at once! So that was life-changing enough for her, even if the game turned out to be lame and boring. Morgan was going to be her 'client player', which, as far as she had learned, was going to be super fun! She could finally see Morgan's face and home.

Sliding her feet across the sandy wood floor, Daisy turned, digging the point of her foot into the texture more, loving it. It was a hot day out, hotter than most, somehow, and she was sweating up a storm. However, that wasn't going to stop her. She opened her persterchum, scanning through the list of chums to find the very Czar of her friend list. Morgan was a good person and definitely competent, she definitely wouldn't hold Daisy back, either.

ac: Morgan! I've got my disks here and IM GONNA POP THEM IN AHHH
ac: SO EXCITED
ac: and i just can't hide it
ac: I've already lost control so i'll just stop the song singing now
ac: anyways, you wanna do this? ya go
ac: THE DISKSSSSS??? *angel singing noises

With that tomfoolery assuaged, Daisy leaned back in her uncharacteristically expensive and nice recliner chair, letting her face bask in the light. Her room did indeed only have three walls so the sun was often her closest companion, albeit a unwelcome one in the mornings. Despite her uneasy feeling about the game, her eagerness and joy for new opportunities drove her on. Besides, how often has she ever lost a game?! Daisy was determined to not let this break her life-long winning streak.
