[attr="class","kangaroo"]HISTORY [attr="class","kangaroos2"]celyn's past has been uneventful. the only points she can remember where she wasn't locked up in her own house were spent with a man she's assumed was her father, and the woman who restocks the house with food now, in a park somewhere she can't place. at age three she'd been locked into the five-story house, taken care of by the woman until she was old enough to manage on her own. she's able to order clothes and things online, though she never quite figures out how the things get to her house. she inputs the address her guardian had given her and when she wakes up on the morning it's supposed to come the package is at the foot of her bed. she's tried to call the police and give them her address, but each time they never quite show up for her. after time they stopped taking her calls. her internet friends are the only people she has to talk to, as well as her stuffed animals and imaginary friends. living on her own for so long has worn away at her mind, though, and she's become somewhat of a crazy in the eyes of others. thankfully, she's good at fibbing and playing it off as an act. when her friends had brought up the game of the year, she was quick to buy it, wanting to be the first to own it. | [attr="class","kangaroo"]HOME [attr="class","kangaroos2"]Celyn rarely sees her guardian. She thinks it's her mother, or maybe her aunt, or someone unrelated to her -- she only has memories of them as a kid. She lives in a solitary house, locked in by iron plates and sealed doors. She's long since memorized the layout, and despite crawling into every crook of the place she has yet to find a way to get out. Celyn has mostly accepted her fate to live inside the house for the rest of her life. It's five stories, full of literature and games and is restocked with food all the time, so it's not all that bad. She does, however, get a little upset when she thinks back on the memories she still has of before she was locked in the mansion. They're some of the only things that keep her going and trying to get out; dreams of blue skies, real breezes, fresh air. [attr="class","kangaroo"]SIDE QUEST [attr="class","kangaroos2"]the consorts of losal are lost in their world. they're ungoverned and the denizen makes sure that no one takes charge, leaving them in an unorganized mess of a society, full of crime and murder and bad feelings. celyn's job is to give the consorts a proper set of rules, to become their leader and ensure that there's a proper civilization and justice system. she must not be afraid to punish those who disobey the rules, and she must make sure the consorts are well off enough to manage on their own. |
