CV: But first, yes that symbol is a very important part of this game. I'm... I'm sure you're wondering 'why does this game appear in my dreams and stuff'.
CV: Well.
CV: This game is our destiny. That's as simple as I can put it.
CV: Your symbol means 'DOOM'. You are a doom player. I know it sounds mean and all, but doom players are actually super helpful! It depends on your second half of the title, but you can actually be our savior of doom, not the bringer of it!! Which, to be honeeeest, I think you're more the first one!
CV: Alright, and the uh... other part.
CV: I'm getting 100% serious right now, okay. Only my parents, a therapist, and a handful of elders know this, so take great heed.
CV: Ever since I was an infant, I have had dreams of the future. Cool, right? The thing is though, it is all about the death of people. Some people I've never met. Some people who I will meet later on in life. And some people who are my dearest friends.
CV: My village has always called me an oracle of sorts, which is pretty cool, but pretty false. Each dream I have is dedicated to a different soul. However, there are multiple dreams for said soul.
CV: For instance, I have viewed many different timelines in which I have died many different ways. I have seen the failure of my own game and the aftermath that it entails. I have seen the future of me meddling with your own fate and what that comes to be. I have seen the future in which I die by means unrelated to the game, and so on.
CV: As such, I believe I may be a time player, which is key to the game. However, it is also my job to ensure that our fate is the correct one. In immediate cases of meddling, I die. In cases which I warn from afar, I succeed and good things come. I'm not entirely sure how fate will play out with me telling you all of this, but it is time someone knew.
CV: I have dreamt a thousand times of my parents' death. Each time is the same. I have warned them, I have pleaded with them, and in the end it still happened. I have come to terms with their fate, and that explains why I haven't broken too much from it. My therapist knows of these dreams, many elders know of these dreams, and at times I can see it in their eyes that they are afraid.
CV: Is it really a dream, or is it plotting? Is it insanity?
CV: One thing remains, the deaths that have occurred so far have always been linked in my mind. I have seen Erik's parents die twenty times, and will see them die twenty more, and there is nothing I can do because it is too far in the past.
CV: Why is it that I warn both you and Liam? Because your fates are linked together, and no matter what it will end one way. I want to prolong fate, to keep you alive. I also want to make sure you die where you belong so you can exist again.
