CM: Don't use a gun you own. Instead, use a gun that someone you hate has in their name.
CM: Police will determine the gun by it's bullets. When you own a gun that has those bullets, it places a flag on you. If they find someone with relations to the dead body, they will do a check and find that that someone has a gun like that.
CM: Then, they can be arrested instead.
CM: If you manage to make it so the body can't be found, then keep the weapon until some suspicion rises. It makes a nice souvenir.
