GP: or the amount of time you're steeping tea bags, if you're using those.
GP: a ratio of 4:1 is what works for me.

GP: back to the tea, though; rooibos tea is good, although I prefer chamomile myself. for tea leaf blends, try two teaspoons of tea leaf to a full mug of hot water.
